1. "Henrietta Alina Muntyan" Award

 By tradition, the Romanian Library Association grants every year, during its national conferences, an award that aims to encourage and stimulate the members involved in the activities of the branches, sections and division of University and Specialized Libraries within the Romanian Library Association.

Starting with the year 2023, at the initiative of the ABR Timiș Branch, the board of directors of the association approved the awarding of the "Henrietta Alina Muntyan" award to a librarian dedicated to the profession and activity within the association:

• to stimulate and positively influence the professional community;
• demonstrate dedication, professionalism and willingness to take on tasks within the University Libraries Division/Section Cataloging Additional Documents within the association;
• to show commitment at work;
• to be involved in voluntary actions in professional associations.

To register, candidates must send online, to the address of the ABR Secretariat: infoabrgmail.com, to the attention of Ms. Emilia Vodea, by August 25th, 2024, the file that will include:

• Updated Europass CV
• recommendation from the president of the ABR branch/ /University and Specialized Libraries division / the section in which it operates
• other supporting documents
