Regulation for Awarding the "V. A. Urechia" Prize – to a Member of the Public Libraries Division of the Romanian Librarians Association (ABR)
Vasile Alexandrescu-Urechia (born February 15, 1834, in Piatra Neamț, Neamț, Romania – died November 22, 1901, in Bucharest, Romania) was a Romanian historian, writer, politician, and founding member of the Romanian Academy. He was a professor at the University of Iași, and later at the University of Bucharest.
SPECIFIC CRITERIA FOR AWARDING THE PRIZE
