A graduate of the Faculty of Journalism in Bucharest, she has participated in numerous political seminars and attended courses at the Summer University for Political Studies hosted by the European Council in Strasbourg, as well as the Foreign Policy and Diplomacy course offered by the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, and the Security and Good Governance program at the National College of Defense. Later, she pursued a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Negotiations at the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA).
She began her career as a journalist, working as a political editor for a national daily publication. Over the years, she has served as the Coordinator of the Political Section at the A.M. PRESS news agency, a political editor for another national daily, and an editor in the Central News Department at the National Press Agency AGERPRES. She has also held positions as the Coordinator of the Political Section at Romania TV and later at B1 TV Channel. In 2016, she was appointed Deputy Chief Editor of the Video Newsroom within AGERPRES, subsequently becoming the Deputy General Director of the Agency. In 2018, she joined the Ministry of Internal Affairs as an Advisor to the Minister.
Since November 2018, she has been the General Director of the AGERPRES National Press Agency.
